We have our Notary meet you at the place, day & time of your choosing. 

The Notary will have you provide your legal I.D. such as a drivers license, then provide  paperwork for you to read and sign. 

Usually just a couple forms will be need to be signed and the front & back photo your I.D.

An additional copy is for your records.
